Urban Kutz Barbershop discuss Donald Trump from different ethnic views

It was some Black men,White men,and Hispanic men in Urban Kutz Barbershop this morning. I know this sounds like the beginning of a joke but it is not. The topic of conversation was Donald Trump being elected president. It was a respectful but intense conversation because none of them could believe Donald Trump won the election. Some men were in good shock and other were in anger shock.
The Black men and some Hispanic men feel like this was a step backwards because of Trumps racist remarks through out his campaign .They said that being a Black or Hispanic man in America is very hard and Trump as president will make it harder. These men also stated that with a Black sitting president it has been killing season by police on Black/ Hispanic people and now this is like pouring gasoline on top of an inferno of violence against Black/Hispanic people from the police. They feel like anyone that voted for Trump essentially voted for racism, anger, and chaos.
The White men and some of the Hispanic men feel like the aforementioned men were over reacting. They expressed that they can understand why it would appear this way to them but their thoughts are absolutely not the case. The White and Hispanic men stated that they were so upset with the way that America was going that they felt we needed to be shaken up and their is no one better to shake America up than Donald Trump. They agreed that some of the things Trump said during his campaign were ridiculous and uncalled for.The fact that he continuously proved to Americans that he is not a politician in any way, shape, form,or fashion through his off beat antics attracted them to him. One man said " Donald Trump is human and he has made mistakes in his past just like everyone in this barbershop, we are not racist we are just tired of the same political crap"
The conversation was deep and we think everyone walked away with at least a little understanding. We personally thought it was interesting that the Hispanic men were divided in their views. Donald Trump won regardless if you love it or hate it. You still have to get up tomorrow morning and go to work, you still have to be a law abiding citizen, you still have to take care of your family .One thing you do not have to do but we pray you will is practice unity and not division, respect and understanding of all people.Lastly know that love can change things as it is the most powerful thing in the universe.
